Wolfgang Polzer joins Alta Signa

Alta Signa Europe B.V. (AS) is announcing another senior appointment for #DACH.

Wolfgang Polzer joins as underwriter to its fast-growing business in the DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) region as of 1st September 2021.

He will be based in Vienna, Austria, and focus on developing Alta Signa’s Financial Lines business with a focus on Commercial D&O and Financial Institutions in Germany and Austria. His appointment is subject to regulatory approval.

Prior to joining Alta Signa, Wolfgang was a private equity analyst at Bank Gutmann and before this he undertook a number of roles with AIG in Germany and Austria including as a Financial Lines underwriter.

Wolfgang brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles in the financial services industry, and I know that he will be a great addition to our fast-growing team.”
